The very simplest reason is that there is no way possible to blowout all the sand you already have!! If you have a nice tight brick pavement, 90% of your original sand is still there!! If your pavers have spread or sunk, Polymeric sand will not help for long. Your pavers need to be repaired.

The second simplest reason is that just does not work. In theory it would be great, but it is trying to make flexible surface into a solid surface, which will not work in our climate. Our Earth moves. Constantly, thru-out the seasons,

I have lost BIG jobs because I refuse to waste  my clients time and money on Polymeric Sand. I wish Polymeric Sand worked, was easy to us,. stopped Weeds and Moss, and was the magic cure for all that ails Brick Paving. But it is not. It is a waste.

It says right on the bag NO WEEDS!! NO MOSS!!... PLEASE!!! Even the weed killers can't back up this promise. There is not a Brick Paver or a Brick Paving Product that can stop Weeds and Moss!!

We use a Home-Depot  Available  Pre-Emergent Weed Killer in the Spring and a Home-Depot Available Ground Killer as needed thru-out the Summer. We are your long term maintenance solution
